CURATED SANCTUARY
Located in one of New York City’s most exclusive and architecturally celebrated towers, this private residence for entrepreneur Chris Burch was conceived as a refined yet inviting urban sanctuary. Located in the limestone-clad tower designed by Robert A.M. Stern, this elegant home is more than just a place to live; it is a curated experience. The brief was to create a home that could welcome colleagues, friends, and family alike, with that in mind, DH Liberty embarked on a creative journey that included antique hunting in Paris and the integration of custom pieces from the Dara Maison furniture collection, co-developed with Burch. The residence is defined by its high-polished plaster walls, calming off-whites, and baby blue accents, intentionally chosen to reflect Burch’s personal tastes. The interiors are layered with mid-century inspired silhouettes, vibrant contemporary artwork, and hand-selected Parisian antiques that bring character and soul into the space. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame dramatic views of Central Park, imbuing the space with a seasonal, immersive atmosphere.
